How to Make Crispy Coconut Chicken Tenders

These gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free delights are coconut-crusted, homemade, and healthier than traditional fried versions!

Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken tenders
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Pour oil in one bowl and coconut flakes in another bowl. Dip each chicken tender in the oil and then cover in coconut flakes.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy. Broil for 1 minute at the end for ultimate crispiness!
  • Pair with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
