- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Pour oil in one bowl and coconut flakes in another bowl. Dip each chicken tender in the oil and then cover in coconut flakes.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy. Broil for 1 minute at the end for ultimate crispiness!
