How to Make Dairy-free Air Fryer Cucumber Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 package salmon filets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package dairy-free cream cheese
  • 2 cucumbers
  • dash salt
  • EBTB spice (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by mixing together honey, coconut aminos, garlic powder and salt. Slice the skin off the salmon filets.
  • Cut the salmon into small nuggets and place in the marinade. Let marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  • Put in the air fryer at 400°F for 7-10 minutes.
  • Slice the cucumber and spread cream cheese on top. Add the salmon bites and enjoy! Option to sprinkle with everything but the bagel spice!
