Cucumbers: These give the recipe a refreshing crunch!
Dairy-Free Cream Cheese: I like the Violife or Miyoko’s brands.
Honey: This adds some sweetness to the salmon!
Coconut Aminos: The coconut aminos give this recipe a lot of flavor and they are a great substitute for soy sauce!
Garlic Powder: I love adding garlic to all of my recipes.
Salt: My favorite salt is Redmond Real Salt because it has great ingredients and there are no unnecessary fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off their website.

Recipe FAQ
What are your favorite dairy-free cream cheeses?
My favorite dairy-free cream cheeses are the Violife and Miyoko’s brands.
Is this recipe low histamine?
This recipe can be low histamine depending on a variety of factors. If you choose a cream cheese that has lower histamine ingredients it can be made lower histamine. If the salmon is frozen and cooked immediately versus sitting in the fridge for days, this can be another way to ensure the food is lower histamine. It also depends on if you are able to tolerate coconut aminos. The lowest histamine brand I have found is Bragg’s. It is not fermented, but it does contain apple cider vinegar.
Is this recipe nut-free?
This recipe can be nut-free if you ensure all of the ingredients you are using are nut-free.
Storage
I recommend eating these bites immediately upon assembly! The salmon can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
