How To Make Dairy-Free Filet Mignon
Dairy-free steak that still tastes delicious!

- 2 steak filets (I used filet mignon)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp dairy-free butter
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- Dash salt
Add oil to the skillet and place steaks on skillet.
Cook over med-high head for 2-3 minutes and then flip.
Add in butter, salt and rosemary and cook to desired doneness.
Add extra garlic and butter on top!
Slice and serve immediately over a bed of garlic mashed potatoes.
