How To Make Easy Chicken Mango Spring Rolls

- 1 package rice wrappers
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 2 carrots shredded
- 1/2 red cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 bunch mint leaves
To assemble, dip rice wrapper in warm water.
Stuff with chicken, mango and veggies and roll up tightly.
