How to Make Gluten-Free Birthday Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups paleo flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Dash salt
  • frosting
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir in wet.
  • Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Let cool and then top with frosting and sprinkles. Cut into bars and enjoy!
