How to Make Hazelnut Crunch Ice Cream Bars (Dairy-Free)

It's summer which means I'm always craving ice cream and there's one dessert that promises to redefine decadence—Hazelnut Crunch Ice Cream Bars.

Ingredients

  • 3 Hu Kitchen Hazelnut Butter Dark Chocolate Bars
  • 3 cups vanilla dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Pour yogurt into 6 circles on a piece of parchment paper.
  • Add roasted hazelnuts on top (I did half with and half without).
  • Press popsicle sticks into yogurt. Freeze until hardened.
  • Melt chocolate and dip yogurt pops into chocolate until covered. Option to add hazelnuts on top too! (I did half and half). Makes 6 ice cream bars!
