    Why You’ll Love These Bars

    They’re delicious!

    They are allergy-friendly.

These bars are super easy to make!

    They are also healthified!

    Equipment Needed

All you need to make these ice cream bars is parchment paper and a baking sheet.

Ingredients Needed for These Hazelnut Crunch Ice Cream Bars

Chocolate: I used Hu Kitchen Hazelnut Butter Dark Chocolate here. I love ordering all of my gluten-free and dairy-free staples like breadcrumbs from Thrive Market because they have great prices and they deliver right to your doorstep. If you use my link, you can get 40% off your first order. LESSWITHLAUR20 also gets you 20% off Hu Kitchen for a limited time!

Dairy-Free Yogurt: I love using vanilla-flavored yogurt here.

Toasted Hazelnuts: I am hazelnut obsessed, but feel free to mix it up and try other nuts in this recipe too!

Protein Powder or Nut Butter: This is completely optional, but it’s a great way to add some protein and/or fat into this treat! I am always getting asked what my favorite protein powder is. I love using Sprout Living because they have amazing ingredients. I also have a discount code- LESSWITHLAUR gets you 20% off their website!

Popsicle Sticks: I just grabbed some from Target, but you can also get them on Amazon!

How to Make These Hazelnut Crunch Ice Cream Bars

Pour yogurt into 6 circles on a piece of parchment paper. Add roasted hazelnuts on top (I did half with and half without). Press popsicle sticks into yogurt. Freeze until hardened. Melt chocolate and dip yogurt pops into chocolate until covered. Option to add hazelnuts on top too! (I did half and half). Makes 6 ice cream bars! These are so easy and delicious- I know you’re gonna love them!

    Storage

Store these treats in the freezer for up to 3 months (but they definitely won’t last that long)!
