Ingredients

  • 1 container lettuce of your choice
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 3 sausages, sauteed and sliced
  • 1 package dairy-free feta
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 hard boiled eggs, sliced in half

Instructions

  • Pour lettuce into a large bowl.
  • Arrange remaining ingredients in lines.
  • Pair with your favorite dairy-free ranch dressing!
