Ingredients Needed to Make This Summer Sausage Cobb Salad

Lettuce: You can use any type of lettuce you choose here! I like to use chopped romaine or butterhead lettuce.

Tomatoes: I like to use Roma tomatoes here, but you can also use cherry tomatoes!

Avocado: Make sure to add the avocado shortly before serving so it does not turn brown!

Sausage: I highly recommend looking for sausage with very simple ingredients and no fillers.

Dairy-Free Feta: Because cheese makes everything better!

Red Onion: I like to thinly slice the red onion!

Egg: The hard boiled eggs can be prepped in advance. If you are not able to have egg, feel free to add extra sausage.
