- 15 oz chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Dash salt
- 1 tsp spice of your choice (rosemary, paprika, red pepper flakes)
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp sunbutter
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
