How To Make The Most Decadent Mini S'mores Cookie Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 package Otto's cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup plant-based butter
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 container ice cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Grease your mini skillet (I like to use avocado oil or coconut oil). Pour batter into greased mini skillet.
  • Top with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows!
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Top with dairy-free ice cream and enjoy!
