1 pressure cooker
1 cutting board
1 knife
- 1 tbsp oil
- 12 oz sausages
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 sweet onion
- 13 oz cannellini beans
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- dash salt
- 1 cup kale
- 2 containers broth 32 oz each
Gather your ingredients.
Chop your vegetables and sausages.
Put your Instant Pot on saute mode and brown the sausages.
Add in vegetables, spices, beans and broth.
Cook on pressure cook for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
