Instant Pot Sausage White Bean and Kale Soup

This Sausage White Bean and Kale Soup is so cozy, nourishing and satisfying! It's perfect for soup season and makes a delicious lunch or dinner. I love meal prepping and freezing it too, so that I always have soup on hand! This soup has the best flavor and textures and I love that it has protein from the sausage and fiber from the white beans. I also love making this soup in the Instant Pot because it is so quick and easy!

Equipment

  • 1 pressure cooker
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 12 oz sausages
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 13 oz cannellini beans
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • dash salt
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 containers broth 32 oz each

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Chop your vegetables and sausages.
  • Put your Instant Pot on saute mode and brown the sausages.
  • Add in vegetables, spices, beans and broth.
  • Cook on pressure cook for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
