1 pressure cooker
1 knife
1 cutting board
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 knob fresh ginger
- 2 carrots
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- dash salt
Gather your ingredients.
Roughly chop veggies.
Place chicken, veggies and water into the instant pot.
Cook for 20 minutes on quick release.
Strain out veggies and enjoy! I recommend freezing the broth after it cools.
Simmer, don't boil too rapidly.
Use freezer friendly trays to freeze the broth in.
