Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp non-alcoholic vanilla extract if tolerated
  • 1 tsp protein powder optional
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.

  • Freeze overnight or until hardened.
