Low Histamine Pizza

If you're craving pizza but you're on a low histamine diet, this low histamine pizza is the perfect solution! When I was first diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and had to start eating a lower histamine diet in order to decrease my symptoms, (this has been really effective for me by the way but should not be done forever) I thought I would never be able to eat pizza again.

  • 1 box pizza mix and accompanying ingredients
  • 1 jar nomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Prepare crust according to instructions on the package.
  • Add sauce and vegetables and bake according to instructions on the package. Enjoy!
