Low Histamine Pizza
If you're craving pizza but you're on a low histamine diet, this low histamine pizza is the perfect solution! When I was first diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and had to start eating a lower histamine diet in order to decrease my symptoms, (this has been really effective for me by the way but should not be done forever) I thought I would never be able to eat pizza again.
