My creamy Ninja Creami Matcha Ice Cream (Dairy Free) hits that ice cream craving, everytime. I love that it is light, luscious and silky smooth. Plus, it's made from only good-for-you ingredients. The coconut sugar has a yummy caramel flavor so it's great if you're starting out with matcha and need a touch of sugar for balance. This matcha ice cream makes an easy, light and delicious dessert or afternoon treat.

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami
  • 1 whisk

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Combine all ingredients in Ninja Creami jar using whisk.
  • Freeze overnight or until hardened.
  • Process in Ninja Creami on ice cream and then respin. Enjoy!

Notes

Freeze the ingredients (mixed) whole first - don't skip this step as it's key for getting great results.
