No Bake Banana Bread Bites (Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free)
These Banana Bread Bites went viral on social media for a reason! Oh my gosh, they are so good. I put my own twist on them to make them allergy-friendly and refined sugar-free. They are so decadent, take about 5 minutes to throw together and you probably already have the ingredients on hand to make them!

Mash the banana in a bowl.
Stir in cinnamon, flour, vanilla extract and sunflower seed butter.
Roll batter into balls and place on a plate with parchment paper. Freeze until firm, about 15 minutes.
Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate and top with flaky sea salt.
Place back in refrigerator until firm, about 30-45 minutes.
