One Pan Enchilada Skillet
This One Pan Enchilada Skillet melds classic enchilada flavors together without the fuss of rolling individual tortillas. I love that they're packed with seasoned meat, sautéed onions, torn tortillas and rich enchilada sauce. It all simmers together to perfection in a single skillet. Quick to make and full of comforting flavor, it’s a simple weeknight dinner that I make all the time.
