Paleo Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 16 oz steak
  • 1/2 + 1/8 cup coconut aminos
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 2 crowns broccoli

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Slice your steak and chop your vegetables.
  • Marinate meat by adding 1/2 cup coconut aminos, salt, garlic powder, pepper and steak to a bowl. Place in the fridge while vegetables are cooking.
  • Sauté onion in a large, oiled skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Add in broccoli florets and cook until done. Remove vegetables from pan.
  • Cook steak in oiled pan to desired doneness.
  • Add vegetables back into pan and add an additional 1/8 cup of coconut aminos.
  • Serve over rice of your choice.
