Paleo Tuna Cakes

Equipment

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 pan
  • 1 mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/4 sweet onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 3/4 cup paleo breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dash salt

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Finely chop the onion and red pepper.
  • Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Form into patties.
  • Cook each patty in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned. Serve and enjoy!
