sweet onion

red pepper

paleo breadcrumbs

avocado oil

coconut aminos

buffalo sauce

Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Finely chop the onion and red pepper.
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Form into patties.
Cook each patty in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned. Serve and enjoy!
