    Variations

Vegetables: I used bell peppers and onion in my tuna cakes but feel free to try out any vegetables you love! Experiment with zucchini, carrots or black beans!

Sauces: I used coconut aminos and buffalo sauce. Try using other sauces for delicious flavor like cocktail sauce, sriracha, ranch or bbq sauce.

Spices: I used dill and garlic in these tuna cakes. Try out other spices for a flavor variation like red pepper flakes or black pepper.

I like to serve these paleo tuna cakes on a bun or in lettuce wraps with a squeeze of lemon. They can also be made mini and served as appetizers with a delicious dipping sauce!
