Pumpkin Fries

These pumpkin fries are the perfect fall snack! They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Packed with flavor and a hint of sweetness, they’re a savory and sweet treat that will satisfy any craving. Dip them in your favorite sauces for an extra burst of flavor!

  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dash salt

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds and stringy parts.
  • Cut into strips and peel the pumpkin.
  • Place the pumpkin fries on the air fryer tray, drizzle with oil and add salt and garlic.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 350ºF. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
