Reindeer Pancakes

Reindeer pancakes are a cute and festive way to celebrate the holiday season. They are also a fun and easy breakfast or brunch option! With just a few simple ingredients, you can create these adorable reindeer pancakes that are sure to spread holiday cheer.

Equipment

  • 2 pans
  • 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pancake mix plus ingredients the box calls for!
  • 2 pieces turkey bacon
  • 2 raspberries
  • 4 blueberries

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Prepare your pancake batter according to instructions on the package.
  • Heat up your pan. Oil the pan well and pour out three small pancakes and one large pancake. Cook them for 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat this step to make a second reindeer pancake plate.
  • While the pancakes are cooking, place bacon in an oiled pan and cook until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Cut both pieces of bacon in half and place on two separate plates along with two smaller pancakes. This will be the antlers and ears.
  • Place a larger pancake in the middle of each plate, overlapping with the edges of the bacon and the two smaller pancakes.
  • Add the remaining small pancakes on top of the larger pancakes.
  • Add two blueberries for eyes and one raspberry for a nose. Enjoy!
