- 1/2 cup pancake mix plus ingredients the box calls for!
- 2 pieces turkey bacon
- 2 raspberries
- 4 blueberries
Gather your ingredients.
Prepare your pancake batter according to instructions on the package.
Heat up your pan. Oil the pan well and pour out three small pancakes and one large pancake. Cook them for 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat this step to make a second reindeer pancake plate.
While the pancakes are cooking, place bacon in an oiled pan and cook until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Cut both pieces of bacon in half and place on two separate plates along with two smaller pancakes. This will be the antlers and ears.
Place a larger pancake in the middle of each plate, overlapping with the edges of the bacon and the two smaller pancakes.
Add the remaining small pancakes on top of the larger pancakes.
Add two blueberries for eyes and one raspberry for a nose. Enjoy!
