Salmon Cobb Salad

- 1 each container romaine lettuce
- 1/2 each red onion
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 3 each eggs
- 1 each package bacon
- 2 each salmon filets
- 1 each avocado
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- avocado oil
- fresh dill
- dressing of choice I used ranch
Gather your ingredients.
Marinate salmon with honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add salmon into an oiled skillet and cook 3-5 minutes per side.
While salmon is cooking, cook bacon and corn in separate skillets until browned. Make hard boiled eggs.
Chop all vegetables.
Slice salmon and crumble bacon.
Assemble salad by adding lettuce to a bowl and making rows of red onion, corn, hard boiled eggs, bacon, salmon, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
Top with fresh dill and dressing of choice! Enjoy!
