Sheet Pan Thanksgiving Dinner

Equipment

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-seasoned turkey breast

SWEET POTATOES

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oil

BRUSSELS SPROUTS

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

CRANBERRIES

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp water

CARROTS

  • 3-4 large carrots
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp olive oil

STUFFING

  • 1 loaf bread
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 4 stalks celery

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 375.
  • Chop the celery, carrots, brussels sprouts, bread and onion. Slice the sweet potatoes thinly without slicing all of the way through to make hasselback potatoes.
  • Add carrots to a small dish with ¼ cup sugar and 1 tsp oil and place onto baking sheet. Add brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes onto baking sheet.
  • Top brussels sprouts with garlic, salt and honey.
  • Add bread, celery and onion to baking sheet on another section and mix in chicken stock.
  • Place turkey breast on top of the stuffing.
  • Add cranberries, cinnamon and remaining sugar to a small bowl.
  • Cover with tinfoil and place on top of baking sheet.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until turkey breast is done.
