Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 375.
Chop the celery, carrots, brussels sprouts, bread and onion. Slice the sweet potatoes thinly without slicing all of the way through to make hasselback potatoes.
Add carrots to a small dish with ¼ cup sugar and 1 tsp oil and place onto baking sheet. Add brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes onto baking sheet.
Top brussels sprouts with garlic, salt and honey.
Add bread, celery and onion to baking sheet on another section and mix in chicken stock.
Place turkey breast on top of the stuffing.
Add cranberries, cinnamon and remaining sugar to a small bowl.
Cover with tinfoil and place on top of baking sheet.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until turkey breast is done.
