Spaghetti Squash with Ground Beef

Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 pan
  • 1 knife
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package pesto
  • 1 package feta dairy-free, if needed

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.
  • Scoop out the seeds.
  • Add oil, garlic and salt to the spaghetti squash and place face down on the baking sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until squash is soft.
  • While spaghetti squash is baking, add ground beef, onion and zucchini to a pan and cook until browned. Add in pesto.
  • Add mixture into spaghetti squash and bake for 7-10 more minutes. Drizzle with pesto, serve and enjoy!
