Equipment

  • 1 grill
  • 1 knife
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 steak filets
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 corn cobs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup rice, cooked

Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Grill your corn and steak to desired doneness.
  • While steak and corn are cooking, make chimichurri sauce by combining all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Cut steak, corn, avocado and onion and place over a bed of rice. Enjoy!
