Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy free if needed)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter (dairy free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • dash salt
  • 1 tub frosting
  • 1 container sprinkles

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir in dry ingredients (optional to add sprinkles to the batter).
  • Pour batter into loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until loaf is lightly browned on top.
  • Let cool and spread vanilla frosting on top. Add sprinkles, slice and enjoy!
