Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 container guacamole
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • Ketchup
  • mustard

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Slice sweet potatoes into rounds and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and salt.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • While the sweet potatoes are baking, form the beef into 1 ½ inch patties, season and cook over medium heat to desired doneness.
  • Assemble sweet potato sliders using sweet potato rounds as buns and adding toppings in the middle. Enjoy!
