- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 container guacamole
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- Ketchup
- mustard
Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice sweet potatoes into rounds and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and salt.
