Equipment

  • 1 microplane

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen strawberries
  • 1 bag frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Use a microplane to grate the fruit over a bowl (be very careful or use a glove)!
  • Drizzle with honey and enjoy!

Notes

1. This recipe is best enjoyed straight away.
2. Take care not to grate your fingers when shaving the fruit - consider wearing gloves.
