This creamy winter smoothie is packed with nutrients to support your body through the winter. This easy recipe has immune-boosting properties and antioxidants thanks to a medley of colorful fruits and vegetables. The hidden veggies add nutrients without compromising the taste. I even added ginger to give this smoothie a warming twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup berries
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp manuka honey
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
