    stuffed dates gift box

Something about me is that I LOVE dates and I eat them every single night for dessert. I usually just stuff them with nut butter, but I also love to make fun and fancy flavors. Dates are the perfect sweet treat or poppable snack.

These giftable boxes have so many flavors from cosmic brownie to chocolate chip cookie dough to chocolate covered strawberry and more! If you're making stuffed dates, you also need to check out my Samoa Ice Cream Stuffed Dates!

Stuffed dates are super easy to make gluten-free, dairy-free, allergy-friendly and refined sugar-free as well! Stuff them with store-bought fillings or use my homemade macadamia nut butter or chia seed jam. The options are honestly endless!

    Ingredients

Here are the flavors that I used in my date box:

    • Cosmic brownie
    • Chocolate chip cookie dough
    • Chocolate covered strawberry
    • Almond joy
    • Matcha cheesecake
    • Chocolate espresso
    • AB&J
    • Birthday cake

Feel free to pick and choose which flavors you want to add to your box! The instructions to make each flavor are in the recipe card below.

    Instructions

Assemble dates by stuffing them with a mixture and adding any preferred toppings!

To stuff each date, cut it in half lengthwise and add filling in the middle with a spoon.

Refrigerate dates so they firm up before adding them to the box. Add each date to a liner and then place gently in the box!

    Tips & Tricks

To make this process super seamless, select the date flavors you are going to make. Combine each mixture first and then cut open your dates and stuff each date. Group the ingredients and create an assembly line!

Use large dates so that you can add more filling!

If you are using dates with pits, make sure to remove the pit before adding the filling.

Don't overfill the dates or they will look messy.

Build your box with intention. The boxes look best with a variety of colors!

Chill briefly before adding to the box. This helps the filling stay in place.

If you make this Stuffed Dates Gift Box and love it, I would really appreciate a 5 star review! I also love seeing your creations so please tag me on Instagram or Tik Tok.
