    They are so delicious.

These cookies are such a nostalgic treat!

    Equipment Needed

All you need for this recipe is a mixing bowl and a baking sheet!

Ingredients Needed for These Sunbutter Cookies

Gluten-Free Flour: Feel free to use your favorite kind of gluten-free flour here.

Honey: I love using local or organic honey in my cookies.

Baking Powder: Baking powder is used to create the light, airy texture in these cookies!

Vanilla: I love using vanilla extract in my baking. If you have issues with histamine, using a vanilla bean or vanilla extract without alcohol could be more tolerable for you.

Sunflower Butter: I use the Sunbutter brand for this! I always stock up on my gluten-free and dairy-free staple items from Thrive Market. It is the best place to purchase healthy, organic and allergy-friendly groceries delivered right to your doorstep. If you use my link, you get 40% off your first box!

Vanilla Frosting: Feel free to use your favorite allergy-friendly frosting or homemade frosting recipe here.
