    All you need to make this creamy maca smoothie is a high-speed blender.

    Ingredients Needed

    Milk: I used almond milk in this maca smoothie because I am dairy free! Feel free to use any milk you prefer.

    Banana: I used a frozen banana in this smoothie to give it a thicker and creamy texture.

    Almond Butter: Almond butter adds creaminess and flavor to this smoothie!

    Maca: Maca is the star of the show! You honestly can’t even taste it in this smoothie.

    Cacao Powder: Cacao powder adds a chocolate flavor to this smoothie. It’s so delicious!

    Cinnamon: I love the flavor that cinnamon adds to this smoothie as well. This is totally optional though!

    Protein Powder: Protein powder adds some protein to this smoothie and can also add extra flavor. I used vanilla protein but feel free to use any flavor you like.

    Nut Butter: Almond butter was my nut butter of choice for this smoothie but you can also substitute peanut butter, sunflower butter, cashew butter or pecan butter. The options are endless!

    Sweetener: I did not add sweetener to this smoothie but if you like your smoothies sweeter feel free to throw in a few dates or some honey.

    Spices: I used cinnamon in this recipe but feel free to try out other spices!
