Why You’ll Love These Birthday Cake Protein Bites

They’re so easy to make!

These bites are no bake.

They taste like cookie dough!

These bites are great to have on hand during the week.

Equipment Needed

All you need for this recipe is a bowl and a plate.

Ingredients Needed

Almond Flour: This is a great flour substitute to use for gluten free baking or treats! I love ordering all of my gluten free and dairy free staples like breadcrumbs from Thrive Market because they have great prices and they deliver right to your doorstep. If you use my link, you can get 40% off your first order.

Coconut Flour: I love the flavor and fluffiness that coconut flour adds to this recipe.

Collagen Peptides: For these, I like to make sure I am using high quality collagen peptides. These add protein into the recipe!

Nut Butter: You can use any nut butter or seed butter you choose here!

Sprinkles: This adds some color to the recipe, but feel free to omit!

Honey: This is what sweetens the recipe!

Vanilla: I love the flavor the vanilla adds into these bites.

How to Make These Birthday Cake Protein Bites

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 10 minutes (this helps the batter stick together better). Roll into balls, add extra sprinkles (if desired) and enjoy!
