I know what it’s like to have to eat gluten-free and dairy-free and I wholeheartedly believe that it does not mean missing out on fun brunch food! That is exactly why I created these insanely delicious and crispy gluten-free and dairy-free air fryer sausage hash brown bites! If you know me, you know I am absolutely obsessed with all things potatoes. I have been focusing on adding extra protein into my meals, so I decided to combine my favorite sausages with potato to make these crispy bites! Using the air fryer to cook these sausage hash brown bites makes the process super quick and easy.

Ingredients Needed to Make These Crispy Sausage Hash Brown Bites

Potatoes: My favorite potatoes to use in this recipe are Yukon gold, but you can use any kind you prefer! This recipe would also be delicious with sweet potatoes.

Gluten-Free Flour: You can use any gluten-free all-purpose flour here. I like to use this one by Bob’s Red Mill.

Onion: Sweet onions are my favorite onions to use always!

Sausage: I recommend using the Bilinski’s brand because they have amazing ingredients.

Avocado Oil: I love Chosen Foods brand because it is pure, naturally refined and delicious. I usually purchase all of my staples from Thrive Market. If you order from my link you will get 40% off your first order!

Garlic Powder: This adds some extra flavor! You can also use 1 clove of fresh garlic if you prefer.

Salt: My most favorite salt is Redmond’s Real Salt. You can order some here and get 15% off with code LESSWITHLAUR.
