Why You’ll Love These Delicious Air Fryer Salmon Bites

    They’re delicious!

    They are gluten-free and dairy-free.

These bites are easy to make.

    Equipment Needed

All you need for this recipe is a bowl and an air fryer! I love my Instant Pot Duo because it functions as both an air fryer and an instant pot.

    Air Fryer Salmon Bites

    Ingredients Needed

Salmon Filets: I try to purchase wild-caught, sustainable and high-quality salmon when I can.

Honey: This adds some sweetness to the recipe!

Coconut Aminos: The coconut aminos give this recipe a lot of flavor and they are a great substitute for soy sauce!

Garlic Powder: I love adding garlic to all of my recipes.

White Rice: Feel free to use white rice as the base or substitute with another type of rice!

Salt: My favorite salt is Redmond Real Salt because it has great ingredients and there are no unnecessary fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off their website.

Vegetables: I used shredded carrots and green onions in this bowl, but feel free to add any vegetables you would like. I love adding cucumbers and broccolini too!

How to Make These Delicious Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Prepare the marinade by mixing together honey, coconut aminos, garlic powder and salt. Slice the skin off the salmon filets. Cut the salmon into small nuggets and place in the marinade. Let marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge. Put in the air fryer at 400°F for 7-10 minutes. Add to a bowl of white rice with veggies. We used shredded carrots and green onions but feel free to add cucumbers or broccolini!
