    Ingredients Needed

Gluten-free flour: I used 1:1 gluten free flour for the crust of these pecan pie bars.

Coconut oil: Melted coconut oil is used in place of butter in this recipe to make it dairy free.

Honey: Honey adds sweetness to the crust of this bar and also helps hold it together.

Dairy-free caramel: Feel free to use store-bought caramel in this recipe or use my dairy-free caramel recipe!

Pecans: Crushed pecans are used for the crumble on these bars!

Coconut sugar: I used coconut sugar in this recipe to keep it refined sugar free. Regular sugar works as well!

Oil: I used avocado oil! This helps the crumble stick together.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon gives the crumble a delicious flavor.

Vanilla extract: Add vanilla extract into the pecan mixture to give it some extra flavor!

    Step By Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and gather your ingredients.

    • Top with shredded coconut to add some flavor!
    • Use mixed nuts instead of pecans!
    • Bake them in a muffin tin to make mini pecan pie bites!
    • Add flaky sea salt to the top!
