    Ingredients Needed

Dates: I love using Joolies Dates because they are super plump and fresh! If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off their website!

Plant-Based Milk: I like to use coconut milk or almond milk here, but feel free to use any plant-based milk you desire!

Vanilla: This gives the caramel a delicious and rich flavor. If you have issues with histamine, be sure to use a non-alcoholic vanilla extract or vanilla beans.

Cinnamon: I love the warm flavor that cinnamon gives this recipe! If you have issues with histamine, trying subbing out the cinnamon for cardamom instead.

Salt: My favorite salt is Redmond’s Real Salt because it is high-quality and made with zero fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off their website.
