Variations
- Switch out the chocolate pudding for another flavor, like vanilla or caramel! You can also dye vanilla pudding orange for a spooky Halloween effect.
- Use different flavored cookies, like chocolate mint or chocolate chip.
- Top with gummy worms, my White Chocolate Ghosts, caramel, fruit, sprinkles or candies!
- Skip the whipped cream and layer just pudding and cookies for the classic dirt cup.
- You can also make this dessert in a baking pan instead of mini cups for a larger version and turn it into a graveyard!
- Add edible "grass" to the top by using green food dye to dye coconut shreds or using green frosting.

- Serve these Pumpkin Patch Dirt Cups on a Halloween or Thanksgiving dessert table!
