Crispy gluten free toasted ravioli is so easy to make and incredibly tasty! You can enjoy these as an appetizer, snack, or even a main dish. They are honestly my ultimate favorite comfort food and great for kids too! Can you imagine anything better than biting into delicious crispy and cheesy goodness? I love pairing them with dipping sauces like pesto and marinara as well. This gluten free toasted ravioli can also easily be made dairy free and vegan too!

    Why You'll Love These

They are the perfect party food or appetizer.

These raviolis are the perfect comfort food.

    They are allergy-friendly.

    They are kid-friendly!

These crispy raviolis are so easy to make.

    Equipment Needed

All you need to make crispy gluten free toasted ravioli is a pan and 2 bowls. I am always getting asked about my favorite non-toxic pans. If you want to go completely non-toxic, I would recommend Xtrema Pans. They are 100% ceramic, which means they do not have a coating that will chip. There is a slight learning curve for cooking on them. Use my code LESSWITHLAUR for a discount on their website. Another good option is Caraway, which is also non-toxic but ceramic coated. These are much easier to cook on, but you have to be careful of the coating chipping. They are also gorgeous! Grab them for 20% off here!

Ingredients Needed for Gluten Free Ravioli

Ravioli: Make sure to find a gluten free ravioli. If you need a dairy free and vegan ravioli as well like I do, be sure to find one that works with both.

Breadcrumbs: Again, make sure to find breadcrumbs that work with your specific allergies. I love the Paleo Powder ones because they are both gluten free and dairy free and that's what I used for this recipe! If you just need gluten free, feel free to use any gluten free breadcrumbs of your choice!

Binder: This helps the breadcrumbs stick to the ravioli. If you eat eggs, feel free to use egg here. If you are looking for a vegan or egg-free option, feel free to use coconut milk. . I always look for coconut milk with simple ingredients and no added gums or fillers. Thrive Market is my go-to for stocking up on gluten-free and dairy-free staples. If you use my link, you can get 40% off your first Thrive Market order.

Parmesan: I highly recommend adding parmesan on top, as it elevates the flavor! If you need dairy free or vegan, opt for a vegan parmesan.

Dipping Sauces: I love pairing my ravioli with pesto (try my creamy macadamia nut pesto). You can also pair it with marinara or any other dipping sauce you love!

How To Make Gluten Free Ravioli

Begin by coating your pain with a little oil (I used avocado oil). Pour breadcrumbs in 1 bowl and coconut milk or 1 egg in another bowl. Dip each ravioli in the liquid and then roll in breadcrumbs. Place on pan. Cook each side over medium heat about 3-5 minutes or until toasty. Pair with your favorite dipping sauces and top with parm! Enjoy!
