Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate is used for the bottom/base layer of this peppermint bark. My favorite vegan chocolate chips to use for this are Enjoy Life or Hu Kitchen.
White Chocolate: White chocolate is used for the top layer of chocolate! My favorite vegan white chocolate is Enjoy Life!
Peppermint Extract: I infused this bark with peppermint extract for amazing flavor!
Candy Canes: I added crushed candy canes to the top of this bark! My favorite candy canes to use are Yum Earth because they are allergy-friendly and don’t use any artificial flavors or colors.
Step By Step Instructions
Step 1: Gather your ingredients.
Step 2: Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl.
Step 3: Stir in the peppermint extract.
Step 4: Spread the dark chocolate out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let this layer harden before adding the white chocolate. You can place it in the fridge or freezer to speed up the process.
Step 5: Melt the white chocolate and spread it over the dark chocolate.
Step 6: Add the crushed candy cane on top and freeze until hardened!
Step 7: Once hardened, break into pieces and enjoy!
