These quick, tender, and juicy flavorful Teriyaki Steak Bites are going to be your new favorite dinner! These delicious bites of perfection are not only packed with mouthwatering flavors but are also naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, catering to a wide range of dietary needs. I have been focusing on adding more red meat for the nutrients and my body is loving it! I used the air fryer to make these, but they can easily be made on the stove as well.

Why You’ll Love These Teriyaki Steak Bites

    They’re gluten-free and dairy-free.

    These bites are so delicious!

They are super easy to make.

They are an amazing dinner idea!

    Equipment Needed

All you need for this recipe is an air fryer and a bowl to marinate the steak. If you are making the cauliflower mash, you will need a blender or an immersion blender. There is also the option to mash the cauliflower by hand. You will also need a pot and a steamer to cook the cauliflower.

    Ingredients Needed

Steak: I used skirt steak for this! I like to make sure I am purchasing high quality meat whenever possible.

Marinade: I love using coconut aminos for marinade because it is a great allergy-friendly option! Feel free to use teriyaki sauce for the full effect! If you are gluten-free, make sure you are opting for a gluten-free teriyaki sauce.

Green Onions: These are a great addition to the cauliflower mash and add tons of flavor!

Garlic Powder: This adds so much flavor to the recipe! Garlic also has so many health benefits.

Cauliflower: Feel free to use fresh or frozen cauliflower here. Using frozen cauliflower can be a quicker option!

Olive Oil: I always make sure to use organic and high quality olive oil whenever possible.

Salt: My favorite salt is Redmond Real Salt because it has great ingredients and there are no unnecessary fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off their website.

How to Make Teriyaki Steak Bites

First, slice the steak into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the steak in teriyaki or coconut aminos, 1 tsp garlic powder and salt. Place bites in the air fryer at 400°F for 9 minutes. We prefer our steak more on the well-done side so feel free to cook it for a shorter amount of time if you prefer. While the steak is cooking, steam the cauliflower. Combine the cauliflower with olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder and salt. Sprinkle with green onion and serve with steak bites. Enjoy!

    Storage

Feel free to store this meal in the fridge for 3-4 days after making.

    Recipe FAQ

    Is this recipe nut-free?

Yes! It is nut-free as long as you ensure all of the ingredients are safe for your allergies.

Can I make this recipe if I don’t have an air fryer?

Yes! Feel free to simply sear the steak on the stove instead until cooked to desired doneness. You can also check out my Dairy-Free Filet Mignon recipe if you are looking for an alternative steak recipe!
