    4 pasta dishes

    Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

If I'm craving an easy, hearty salad, this Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is my go-to! It is ideal for BBQs, summer parties, weeknight dinners or as a fun lunch. In just 30 minutes, I can whip up this crowd-pleasing mix of protein and carbs. Tender grilled chicken, fresh lettuce, crispy chickpeas and a creamy dressing come together in this incredible recipe.

    Spring Pasta Salad

My Spring Pasta Salad is light, tasty and totally satisfying. Packed with fresh ingredients and textures, it's my favorite salad for when the weather warms up. I can have it ready in under 20 minutes! Plus, it's so easy to make and always turns out beautifully. I love how versatile it is and honestly, it's just so simple. To keep it gluten free, I use gluten free pasta and it's easy to make dairy free too by swapping in a dairy free pesto.

    French Onion Pasta Salad

If you love pasta, you've got to try this TikTok-famous French Onion Pasta trend! I was hooked the moment I saw those golden, caramelized onions swirling through creamy, dreamy pasta. It's irresistible. I had to put my own spin on it, making it allergy-friendly and adaptable. My version is completely gluten free and dairy free, but still packed with that rich, comforting flavor. I even toss in some chicken for extra protein! It's the perfect mashup of French onion soup and pasta.

If I'm looking for a quick, easy way to elevate weeknight dinners, I turn to this one-pot Steak Fajita Pasta! I love making it on Taco Tuesday or on a cozy night when the weather is cooler. It's ready in just 30 minutes and I know the whole family will love it. The dish is comforting, packed with bold fajita spices and fresh vegetables, giving a fun twist on classic fajitas.

    Fall Pasta Salad

Here's a Fall Pasta Salad with everything you need to feel cozy and nourished. My fall pasta salad is one of my favorite easy autumn dishes to make for lunch, dinner, or even meal prep. It's bursting with cozy fall flavors and always hits the spot. I pack it with roasted butternut squash, crispy Brussels sprouts, creamy feta and crunchy pecans.

    Big Mac Pasta Salad

If you're anything like me and sometimes crave the juicy, nostalgic flavors of a Big Mac, you're going to love this Big Mac Pasta Salad! I think it's such a fun twist on a classic and it always hits the spot at potlucks, backyard BBQs or as a summer side dish. I toss tender noodles in a creamy, tangy sauce, then load it up with seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, dill pickles, onions and tomatoes.

Loaded with shredded chicken and tossed in a creamy ranch dressing, this pasta salad is the perfect blend of fresh, savory and bright. It is bursting with flavor and packed with protein and fresh veggies! It's hearty enough to be a main dish at a summer potluck, but also light and refreshing for a side.

    Pink Pasta

I absolutely love making this Pink Pasta. It's such a showstopper with its vibrant color from roasted beets! I like serving it for Valentine's Day, a cozy date night or even just when I want to brighten up a weeknight dinner. The best part is that it comes together quickly, yet still feels special. Packed with nutrients and bursting with color, this pasta is as good for you as it is beautiful. Whenever I make it, I'm reminded to ditch the ordinary red sauce and embrace the pink.

    Chicken Taco Pasta

Chicken Taco Pasta is one of my favorite go-to weeknight dinners because it's quick, easy and always a hit at the table. With simple ingredients I usually already have in the kitchen, I can pull it together in just 30 minutes. The taco seasoning, salsa, and beans pack in so much flavor, while the chicken stays tender and juicy and the pasta turns out perfectly every time. If you're looking for a meal that's both comforting and effortless, this chicken taco pasta is definitely worth a try!

    Salmon Pasta (Without Cream)

This Salmon Pasta Without Cream is light, flavorful and so nourishing. A lot of salmon pasta recipes use heavy cream, but since I often look for dairy-free options, I wanted a version that's just as delicious without it. The sauce is simple yet packed with flavor, and the whole dish comes together quickly. At the same time, it feels elegant enough to serve to guests.

    Gluten Free Hamburger Helper

Here's a Gluten Free Hamburger Helper you've got to try! I've never actually had the original Hamburger Helper, but I loved the idea so much that I created a wholesome, gluten free version. Plus, it's become a go-to in my kitchen! Made in one skillet with simple ingredients, it's ready in about 30 minutes, packed with protein and full of cozy, comforting flavor. It's quick, hearty and so much better than the boxed version!
