    Gluten Free Dinner Recipes

July 10, 2025, Updated November 10, 2025 by Lauren Less Leave a Comment

Here's a list of my favorite, Gluten Free Dinner Recipes I reach for on repeat. From delicious steaks to cheesy enchiladas, I've included something for everyone.

For more gluten free, dairy free and allergy-friendly recipe round-ups, check out my favorite Dairy Free Breakfast Recipes and my top Low Histamine Staples to have in your kitchen.

    Steak Frites

Want French bistro vibes at home? Try this easy, restaurant-quality Steak Frites recipe that I'm 100% sure everyone will love. Ready in under 30 minutes, the steak comes out juicy in the middle and crusty on the outside. One of the best Gluten Free Dinner Recipes I've tried!

I'm in love with the pop of bright chermoula alongside this simple dish. It's great for a date night at home or a special family dinner or lunch - think birthdays, anniversaries and so on. You can have it just as it is or pair it with a fresh salad or some simple veggies.

    Turkey Burger Bowls

Think all the flavors of a summer BBQ-but in a fresh, bunless bowl. These Turkey Burger Bowls are high protein as well as being gluten free.

They are customizable for almost any diet (dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free; you name it). Crisp lettuce is the base layer for juicy turkey patties, avocado, crunchy pickles, tater tots and a creamy burger sauce you will crave from here on out!

They're quick enough for weeknights and perfect for meal prep. Grill your patties or cook them in the pan then mix and match toppings to keep things interesting. These bowls are simple, yummy, and family friendly, too.

    Green Goddess Chicken

This bright, vibrant Green Goddess Chicken recipe is super tasty and takes minutes to make. Smothered in a creamy, herby green goddess dressing, the chicken comes out juicy, crispy-edged and bursting with spring flavors.

It's gluten free, dairy free and perfect for air frying, grilling or baking. I love eating this hot, warm or even cold in a wrap or over rice or a green salad. With just two ingredients and 25 to 30 minutes, you'll get the perfect weeknight meal.

Looking for Gluten Free Dinner Recipes to try? Prep this for your next warm weather midweek meal.

    Gluten Free Enchiladas

These creamy, delicious Gluten Free Enchiladas are the easiest flavor-packed weeknight dinner that you'll crave over and over again. Stuffed with shredded chicken, dairy free yogurt, gooey cheese and taco spices, the gluten free tortilla wrap and green enchilada sauce wrap everything up.

If you're looking for gluten free dinner recipes that can be whipped up in about 15 minutes, this is a great option. It is family friendly and reheats perfectly. It's great for meal prep or dinner parties.

Make it your own with toppings like jalapeños, green onions and avocado. This crowd pleaser is cozy, comforting and quick to make. I love that it is allergy friendly but also totally delicious. Plus, you can use rotisserie chicken to save time!

    Gluten Free French Onion Soup

Make this cozy, allergen friendly version of a French Onion Soup. It's rich, savory and super simple. Sweet caramelized onions, tender shredded chicken and aromatic herbs make up the yummy broth. Everything is pressure-cooked in an Instant Pot, so it's really easy.

My French onion soup recipe uses coconut aminos for deep (gluten free) flavor without the soy. I serve it with gluten free croutons and dairy free cheese. This is the ultimate fall or winter comfort meal that is both nourishing and warming. Make extra as it heats up like a dream!

    Spaghetti Squash Pizza Casserole

I make this when I'm craving pizza but want to avoid eating tons of heavy carbs. This Spaghetti Squash Pizza Casserole is cheesy, saucy and comforting. It's layered with tender roasted spaghetti squash, seasoned ground beef, marinara and melty (dairy-free optional) cheese; it's a weeknight win that's totally meal prep friendly.

Finish with your favorite pizza toppings. I love to use pepperoni, mushrooms or olives. Then, bake until bubbling.

Naturally low-carb and high in flavor, this is one of those family-approved dishes you'll make again and again. It's gluten free, customizable and satisfying.

    One Pan Lemon Chicken Gnocchi

This One Pan Lemon Chicken Gnocchi is one of my favorite springtime comfort foods: Light, zesty and luxuriously creamy without a drop of dairy.

Tender, golden seared chicken and pillowy gluten free gnocchi simmer in a vibrant lemon coconut cream sauce, all in a single skillet. It's quick (ready in 30 minutes), cozy and every bite is delicious.

Fresh basil adds a pop of flavor!

    Easy Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

These Easy Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas are often my go-to meal. They are packed with bold Tex-Mex flavor and barely any cleanup.

Juicy flank steak gets sliced and oven-roasted together with bell peppers and onions. These then get seasoned with lime, avocado oil and some taco seasoning.

Wrap it all up in gluten free tortillas and top with avocado or beans for a complete, allergen friendly meal. It's dairy free, gluten free and meal prep friendly, too. Everything cooks together on a single sheet pan in under 30 minutes.

Gluten Free and Dairy Free Buffalo Chicken Bake

Spicy, creamy and meal prep friendly, this Buffalo Chicken Bake is one of those recipes everyone loves. It's made with shredded chicken (I just use rotisserie chicken to make it easy), cauliflower rice (rice and quinoa both work, too), peppers and onion.

I love how satisfying and easy to customize it is. Bake it once and enjoy it for lunch or dinner for days. It is gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. ALL the things!

    Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry

Fast, fresh, and endlessly flexible, my Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry is your new weeknight go-to recipe. Packed with protein and colorful veggies like broccoli, zucchini, red pepper and onion, it's sautéed in a sweet-savory honey garlic sauce that's gluten and soy free.

Everything comes together in under 30 minutes using just one pan, making it perfect for busy nights or healthy meal prep. Serve it over rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice for a balanced, nutrient-dense dish. It is also naturally dairy and nut free as well!
