    Equipment Needed

All you need for this recipe is a plate to make the dates on! So easy!

Ingredients Needed For These Delicious AB&J Stuffed Dates

Medjool Dates: My favorite dates to use are Joolies Dates because they are organic, glyphosate-free and so juicy and delicious! I have found that they taste the best out of all of the dates I have tried. You can grab some here using my discount code LESSWITHLAUR.

Chia Jam: I prefer to make my own chia jam, but you can also use store-bought jam!

Mini Chocolate Chips: I love the Enjoy Life brand for this! They make the cutest mini chocolate chips. I usually stock up on all of my favorite gluten-free and dairy-free staples from Thrive Market. If you use my link, you can get 40% off your first order!

Nut Butter: I used almond butter for these, but if you would like to make these nut-free, feel free to swap for sunflower butter!

How To Make These Juicy AB&J Dates

These stuffed dates are the simplest sweet treat! All you do is make a cut in the top of each date, lengthwise. Stuff each date with nut butter, chia jam and press mini chocolate chips into the top. Refrigerate until firm.

    Substitutions and Variations

If you would like to make these AB&J dates nut-free, feel free to swap out the almond butter for sunflower butter. You can also easily switch up the flavor of the chia jam! I used raspberry in the photo, but strawberry or blueberry would be delicious as well.

    Storage

Feel free to store these stuffed dates in the fridge for 5-7 days. You can also freeze them to have on hand at all times!
