These gluten free chicken wings are easily adaptable. These wings are easily adaptable and can be coated in a variety of sauces and spices (I love using lemon pepper for mine). Equipment Needed

If you are using the air fryer, you will need an air fryer, bowl and spoon for this recipe.

If you are making oven-baked buffalo wings, you will need a baking sheet, wire rack, bowl and spoon for this recipe. You will also need parchment paper or tinfoil for easier clean up!

Ingredients Needed

Spices or Sauces: I used lemon pepper for these wings! To do this, I combined lemon pepper spice with lemon juice and lemon zest. Feel free to use any spices or sauces you desire! How To Make Gluten Free Chicken Wings in The Air Fryer

Step 1: Start by patting your chicken wings dry with paper towel. This will help the wings get crispy because it reduces the amount of moisture.

Step 2: Next, place chicken wings in a bowl.

Step 3: Add any sauces and spices you prefer! Add in avocado oil and salt and stir until chicken is evenly coated. I love to make mine lemon pepper flavored so I used 1 tbsp lemon zest, juice from 1 lemon and 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning.

Step 4: Preheat air fryer to 400ºF. Air fry wings for 10 min per side, or until done.

Step 5: Pair with your favorite dipping sauce or pour extra sauce on top and enjoy!

How To Make Gluten Free Buffalo Wings in The Oven

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

Step 2: Start by patting your chicken wings dry with paper towel. This will help the wings get crispy because it reduces the amount of moisture.

Step 3: Place chicken wings in a bowl.

Step 4: Add any sauces and spices you prefer! Add in avocado oil and salt and stir until chicken is evenly coated. I love to make mine lemon pepper flavored so I used 1 tbsp lemon zest, juice from 1 lemon and 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning.

Step 5: Coat in baking powder. This helps to brown the wings in the oven!
