Flatbread: I used homemade gluten free flatbread because I am gluten free. You can use any type of flatbread you love! You can also use a tortilla.
Caesar Dressing: I used homemade dairy free caesar dressing because I am dairy free. You can also use a store bought version. My go to dressing recipe is this recipe from Karli (@thewellnutt)!

How did you make your own gluten free flatbread?
I modified this recipe from my friend Dani. I used 3/4 cup coconut flour, 3/4 cup arrowroot powder, 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp red pepper flakes and a dash of salt to make the batter. Then you just cook them in a pan over medium heat a few minutes per side!
