    Equipment Needed

All you need to make this chicken nugget charcuterie board is a baking sheet, cutting board, knife and a serving board.

    Ingredients Needed

Chicken: Feel free to use chicken nuggets or chicken tenders here. I used gluten free chicken tenders because I’m gluten free.

Fries: Chicken nuggets and fries are the best duo, so of course I had to include fries on my board as well.

Waffles: Chicken and waffles are another epic combo! I included gluten free waffles on my board because I am gluten free.

Meat: I also used genoa salami on this board. It is great to fill in those empty spots!

Vegetables: I included carrots, celery, cucumber and red peppers on this chicken nugget charcuterie board for some crunch!

Fruit: I also added some grapes to this board! Feel free to add additional types of fruit if desired.

Dipping Sauces: I used buffalo sauce, ranch, maple syrup and ketchup for this board.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    Step 1: Gather your ingredients.

Step 2: Bake chicken fingers, fries and waffles according to instructions on package.

Step 3: Arrange food on serving board and enjoy!

    Storage

If you have leftovers, feel free to store each ingredient separately in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

    Serving Tips

    • Choose a large, attractive wooden or slate board. A tray with compartments also works if you prefer individual serving sections.
    • Line the board with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
    • Offer a variety of dipping options! Classic choices include honey mustard, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing and sweet & sour sauce. Get creative with gourmet mustards, sriracha mayo or even a cheese fondue.
    • Use small bowls or ramekins for each dip, placing them strategically around the board to fill empty spaces. You can also use mini condiment containers for individual portions.
    • Add contrasting textures with baby carrots, celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips or cherry tomatoes. Arrange them in neat rows or create colorful piles.
    • For a special touch, add small labels to identify dipping sauces or different nugget varieties.

    Variations

The variations for this chicken nugget charcuterie board are honestly endless!

Go spicy: Use spicy nuggets, hot sauce, jalapeño slices, salsa and guacamole for a spicier vibe. Add tortilla chips and mini tacos for dipping.

Make a breakfast board: Use chicken sausage nuggets, scrambled eggs, mini pancakes, fruit skewers and maple syrup. Add breakfast sausage links and cheese cubes for variety.

Make it gourmet: Opt for gourmet chicken nuggets (buffalo, chipotle, etc.), artisanal cheeses, roasted grapes, dried figs, and gourmet mustards.

Fruit: Include dried mango, pineapple chunks or berries for a tropical twist. Add a small container of fruit salad for variety.
